**Reservations & Sales Enquiry Coordinator**

The Hunters at Walton Park, Preston is growing and we’re in need of a talented individual to join our team as a Reservations & Sales Coordinator.

**Purpose**

You will support our Venues in managing the day-to-day administrative function of restaurant bookings and events/functions.

**Main areas of accountability**
- Reservation handling
- Restaurant bookings across all venues
- Responding to customer communications & interactions on social media platforms
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customers and our internal teams
- Inputting all bookings to the systems ensuring follow ups are made
- Relationship building with customers
- Converting enquiries
- Developing strong knowledge of our products; features, amenities, prices and cancellation terms
- Tracking and reporting on enquiries taken
- Highlighting any potential sales leads
- Getting involved in wider business projects where required
- Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and reservations software proficiency

**Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional and approachable manner are essential for the role as you will be working closely with customers and internal teams
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team with the aim of supporting colleagues and customers. You will be able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to conclusion
- You will have a positive attitude and willingness to help and assist others and the demands of the business
- A flexible approach is required for this role
- Strong organisational skills are essential with the ability to multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
- You will be competent in Microsoft Office. Experience of ResDiary is essential
- Hospitality and sales experience is desirable
- Experience in Social Media and Content Creation is a bonus
- Time Management skills required
- Some involvement in company projects as required.

**Requirements**:
Full Time or Part Time hours available

Flexible on times but must be able to work between 10.00am and 9.00pm

Weekend availability is required

Travel to other venues will be necessary so you must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
