We are looking for a positive and customer-focused individual to join our busy team as a Retail Conversion Specialist. You will have previous experience working in a sales environment, part or full time. The focus will be your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

**Job Overview**
- Identifying existing customers of Ideal4finance who may be eligible to convert to our retail (fixed APR rate) finance model
- Engaging with customers to gauge their interest and provide advice regarding the rates that may suit their business model.
- Follow up calls to customers to obtain required documentation and information.
- Help customers to complete documentation when required.
- Provide management information to the management team.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers.
- OTE £28,000 plus per year - This can be exceeded by an individual who has the drive to earn commission.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of working in a sales environment essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Office & database skills required.
- Ability to prioritise, work efficiently & accurately & be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
