About the Role

Your new company is a leading UK manufacturer of Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements to health food stores, pharmacies, and groceries, with over 190 products throughout 15 main health categories.

In your new role, you will be managing the relationships with clients and sorting the shipments out for large deliveries exported across the globe.

This is a hybrid working role, upon completion of training/settling in period. You will be working 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of large amounts of orders
  • Preparing all documentation for international shipments
  • Managing client relationships

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales administrator/coordinator capacity
  • Ability to process large volumes of orders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Stakeholder management experience

What You'll Get in Return

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours pw, 8:45am-5pm, once training is completed, you will be able to work on a hybrid basis - working 3 days in the office, the remaining from home.

You will receive £17.51 per hour dependent on experience, inclusive of holiday pay. You will be paid every Friday.

This role may be subject to extension, dependent on business needs and performance.
