Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximise member and guest experiences through excellent customer service.
  • Support sales and retention efforts by providing a seamless membership experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards in the club.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our membership software system.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to drive gym floor success.
  • Ensure you're familiar with our products and services, and can effectively communicate their value to members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, working closely with the team to exceed expectations.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Address member complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to relevant managers as needed.

  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including flexible working hours and additional duties as required.
  • A passion for fitness, administration, and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts to suit the needs of the business, and to take on additional duties where required to support your team members.
  • A target-focused approach, with a commitment to supporting the club in achieving sales and retention targets.
