Job Title: CRM Coordinator - Luxury Retail

Location: Lancashire – 2/3 x a week in the office

Salary: Up to £28,000 + Benefits

The Role:

We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with some prior experience in CRM to take on a pivotal role within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Ensure the CRM system is consistently up to date, including managing customer tags and other key data points.
  • Act as the primary liaison with our CRM provider to address any system issues or requirements.
  • Engage with internal teams to source and verify CRM data, and collaborate with the CRM provider to resolve any system-related queries and deliver projects in a timely manner.
  • Assist with CRM system implementation tasks, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a CRM-related role.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and how to navigate them to extract relevant data.
  • Ability to support CRM implementation processes and follow up on necessary actions.
