Job Title: CRM Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our Enterprise Team, focused on our online competitions platform, Win Happy. As a key member of our commercial marketeers team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative customer experiences that improve how we reach and communicate with our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retention campaigns for competition players to drive engagement and reduce churn.
  • Create data-driven marketing automations and journeys to enhance the user experience.
  • Manage daily communications via email, push, and content cards for our competitions.
  • Design and produce engaging copy that brings to life our competitions and moments of magic.
  • Coordinate scheduling of all campaigns and deliver regular, clear reports on performance and recommendations.
  • Share and apply learnings across multi-channel campaigns and become a subject matter expert in the Braze platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven digital marketing experience with a strong commercial mindset and evidence of success from previous campaigns.
  • Experience in B2C email marketing, building automation into email marketing, and strong understanding of personalisation and segmentation.
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and experience using Braze as a CRM tool is strongly preferred.
