About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our client's team at their head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a customer service-focused print management company and contribute to the development of their CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the client strategy, working closely with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and execute customer lifecycle marketing materials, leveraging data and insights to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion the CRM strategy and ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Loyalty in delivering a Single Customer View database for the business.
  • Manage the creative delivery of CRM communications, from concept to execution, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with previous experience in a CRM role, particularly in managing and executing direct mail and email marketing campaigns. Your Direct Mail experience should have been gained within a retail environment or B2C environment. You must be able to work under time pressure, be customer-focused, and respond well to last-minute changes.
