About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Executive to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective CRM strategy and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Plan and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage Customer Data: Oversee the development and maintenance of a Single Customer View database to provide a 360-degree view of customers.
  • Design and Deliver Customer Communications: Create and implement customer lifecycle marketing materials, including mailers, catalogues, and email campaigns, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Measure and Analyze Campaign Effectiveness: Track and report on campaign performance, including ROI and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • CRM Experience: Proven experience in managing and executing CRM strategies, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop and execute customer-centric strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
