CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the client strategy, working closely with the Head of Loyalty to deliver a Single Customer View database.
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing materials, based on previous purchases, current product interests, or other triggers.
- Manage the creative delivery of CRM communications, including mailers, catalogues, and customer lifecycle marketing, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Plan and coordinate the monthly mailer and catalogue process, ensuring a robust calendar of events with stakeholder sign-offs throughout.
- Work closely with other key stakeholders to effectively deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a CRM role, with a strong understanding of direct mail and email marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong creative flair, and a flexible work approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing agendas and setting priorities.
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders up to Board level.
