**Systems Coordinator - Blackburn**

**Ador Talent** are working with an engineering company based in Darwen/Blackburn, who design, build, operate and maintain centralised and efficient engineering solutions.

Our client now requires an experienced **Systems Coordinator** to join their Credit Billing team who currently manage utility accounts for over 18,000 customers. As a result of company growth they are now looking for a **Systems Coordinator** to support the delivery of the internal systems used by the customer service internal teams.

As a systems coordinator you will be responsible for the administration and development of key metering and billing systems and work closely with the customer service team and IT.

**The Role**:

- Be responsible for the on-boarding and system maintenance of the metering and billing platforms and operating systems
- Undertake the cleansing and maintenance of customer data highlighting any concerns
- Manage the customer journey from mobilisation through to hand over to the operations team on contract commencement
- Develop departmental processes to support contract on boarding and operation systems maintenance
- Develop relationships with clients, 3rd party suppliers and internal teams attending meetings where appropriate
- Implement APP updates, communicating to the wider team
- Liaise with the technical development team on a weekly basis and pro-actively seek resolutions to problems encountered

**Skills/Experience**
- Experience of system maintenance, system super user, or systems training, and customer service is ideal.
- Computer literate
- Confident and able to support system users daily and implement updates.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR is essential
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
