Job Overview: As a Commercial Operations Trainee at BAE Systems (New), you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our department. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to process documents, manage data, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process documents and information received from various sources, utilizing computer systems to manage data and maintain accurate records.
  2. Collate and extract data, producing routine reports, schedules, summaries, and letters for internal circulation or for customers and suppliers.
  3. Deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, exchanging information to clarify situations, placing orders, arranging appointments, deliveries, etc.
  4. Develop skills such as planning and organization, creative problem-solving, and IT literacy, utilizing computers and related technology efficiently.
