We require an **Assistant Rostering Coordinator** to support our team based on **Tulketh Brow, Preston**.
- Rate of pay
- £11.44 per hour to £12.73 per hour depending on experience and qualifications;
- 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday;

**What we are looking for in our Assistant Rostering Coordinator**:
Experience of data input within a busy office environment is required, and experience of liaising with People we Support (PwS) and staff within a social care setting would be advantageous.
**Duties as the Assistant Rostering Coordinator to include**:
- Maintain and update individual staff rotas and PwS (aim towards 6 weeks in advance)
- To input data and maintain accurate database
- Annual Leave, sickness and other leave
- Daily alerts - liaising with staff and Casual (Bank) staff to confirm shift attendance
- Responsible for verification of supplier invoices for External agency against submitted timesheets
- Assist with enquiries from staff and PwS in relation to their rota
- To remain fully trained and up to date with the Rostering software package
- To maintain positive working relationships across all the departments in the organisation
