We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Roster Specialist at the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to our Health Roster system. As a Health Roster Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with Allocate Support and Health Roster Facilitators to implement system upgrades with minimal disruption. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring rosters for accuracy and compliance, creating user accounts, and uploading data to keep the system current.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the effectiveness of our operations through continuous improvement and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide first-line support to users, resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Coordinate with Allocate Support to ensure seamless system operation.
  3. Assist with system upgrades to minimize disruptions.
  4. Monitor rosters for accuracy and compliance.
  5. Create user accounts and upload data to maintain system currency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in delivering internal customer support. You should have intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing varied tasks and activities.

A strong commitment to delivering customer-focused service is essential, along with experience extracting management information reports from databases and working within defined administrative procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata, and a supportive work environment that values continuous learning and growth.
