About the Position

In this vital position, you will oversee the daily operation of our Health Roster system, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include monitoring rosters for accuracy and compliance, creating user accounts, and uploading data to maintain system currency.

As a key leader in our team, you will collaborate closely with Allocate Support and Health Roster Facilitators to implement system upgrades, minimize disruptions, and drive continuous improvement.

With your expert guidance, our team will be empowered to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the evolving needs of our users.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead system operation, ensuring seamless performance.
  2. Liaise with Allocate Support to optimize system efficiency.
  3. Pilot system upgrades to mitigate potential disruptions.
  4. Oversee roster verification and compliance processes.
  5. Maintain user accounts and system data integrity.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language.

We seek a seasoned professional with outstanding leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing complex projects and teams will be highly regarded.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career advancement.
