Channel your inner superhero powers to provide first-line support to users, swooping in to resolve issues and save the day

Use your communication skills to liaise with Allocate Support and ensure our Health Roster system stays ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with our team of Health Roster Facilitators to implement upgrades with lightning speed and mínimal disruption.

Keep a watchful eye on our rosters, ensuring they're finalized and compliant.

Assist in the creation of user accounts and the mass upload of data, ensuring our system stays supercharged.

Keep our Health Roster system Gateway in tip-top shape, syncing it with ESR and importing data like a true superhero.

Respond to enquiries faster than a speeding bullet, providing top-notch customer service to our team members.

Work alongside our leaders to provide timely reports and information for internal and external review with your reporting skills.

**Being the Go-To Support**: You're the go-to person when it comes to supporting users of the Health Roster system. Whether it's a glitch, a question, or a full-blown issue, you're there to help troubleshoot and get things back on track.

**Chatting with Allocate Support**: Think of yourself as the liaison between our team and Allocate Support. You'll be using the Allocate portal to raise any cases or questions and making sure we're getting the support we need to keep the Health Roster system running smoothly.

**First Line of Defence**: When users encounter problems, you're their first line of defence. You'll try to tackle issues on your own and if needed, you'll pass it on to higher levels of support to save the day.

**Being the Problem Solver**: Got a puzzle to solve? That's where you come in. You'll be using your logical thinking skills to provide solutions to any issues that pop up with the database, and if things get too tricky, you'll rope in the Head of Healthroster for backup.

**Helping with Upgrades**: Picture this: we're upgrading the Health Roster system, and you're right there in the trenches, helping to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

**Keeping Rosters in Check**: Rosters need to be on point, and that's where you come in. You'll be making sure they're finalized, compliant, and accurate, so everyone gets paid correctly and the schedules run like clockwork.

**Data Uploads and More**: From uploading sync reports to creating user accounts in bulk, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes making sure our data stays organized and up-to-date.

**Supporting Temporary Staffing**: The Temporary Staffing team are a crucial part of our organisation, and you'll be lending a hand to make sure they have everything they need to do their jobs effectively within the Health Roster system.

**Gateway Guru**: The Health Roster system Gateway is your domain. You'll be keeping it updated and using it to troubleshoot any errors on staff hours and grades like a pro.

**Being the Friendly Face**: When users have questions or need assistance, you'll be there with a friendly smile (even if it's virtual) and helpful advice, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.

**Report Rockstar**: Reports are your thing. You'll be generating and distributing them like a boss, providing the evidence needed for internal reviews and inspections.

**Building Relationships**: You're not just a support specialist, you're a relationship builder. You'll be working closely with different teams and stakeholders, maintaining those connections to ensure we're all working towards the same goal.
