My client provides cash flow and risk management solutions to SME and corporate businesses as well as banks, independent lenders and Insolvency Practitioners from across the UK and Europe.

Comprising of commercial finance brokerage, debt collection agency and risk management experts, collectively they have helped thousands of businesses to improve their cash flow, manage their risk and achieve their objectives since 1997.

Due to internal progression my client is looking for a Collections Administrator to join their successful team and to act as support for the business, encompassing all duties and responsibilities required to service the administration needs of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry and transposition from source format to Excel
- Loading of instructions on the Saleslogix collections platform
- Filing and retrieving paperwork
- Answering / screening phone calls and resolving queries
- Supporting the collections team in their duties
- Any other duty that is required as part of a special project.

**Person Specification**:
Ideally you will display a sound knowledge of all aspects of accounts and have hands-on administration experience. Typically, you will have some practical experience within an office environment. Whilst not essential, experience in collections would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer proficiency - Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage or a similar accounts system
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
