Picton West is working with a financial services company in Southampton and together we are recruiting for an Operations / Billing Coordinator.

In addition to general operational support to the Ops and collections teams, the Operations / Billing Coordinator will oversee the reciept and repatriation of funds for the business.

It is essential that you have a high level of accuracy for this role, and are able to spot anomalies within numerical data, and take ownership to rectify the situation by liaising with internal and external customers.

Knowledge of the invoicing process is essential, and Excel skills are a must. Someone with experience in a general finance role that wishes to encompass admin support would be ideal. Experience of reconciliation between banks or ledgers is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
