Spotlightjobs now have another role in Liverpool for an experienced administrative assistant to join an expanding team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate inputting and record maintenance of reported insurance incidents in accordance with the current Transcare/client Service Level Agreement timescales.
- Ensuring administration of incidents involving customer services are dealt with in accordance with the current Claims Procedure Guide
- Maintain effective and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a professional approach at all times.
- Ensuring all document storage areas including digital, are maintained in a systematic and tidy fashion.
- Following archiving procedures.
- Administration of daily incoming/outgoing post and digital documents.
- Provide cover where required in all administration areas.
- Handling all data including CCTV, in accordance with company/departmental policy and current UK data processing legislation.
- Maintain and report accurate unit data and throughput figures to management.
- Additional administrative duties may be allocated as appropriate, when required

Experience required
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Strong digital skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams & SharePoint.
- Adaptable and pro-active in adopting change and best practice initiatives.
- Ability to work confidently, building stakeholder relationships across UK
- Commitment to attend all relevant training, as required.

Personal Specification essentials
- Minimum two years’ experience within a busy office environment
- Minimum GCSE Grade C / 4 in English and mathematics (or equivalent)
