Customer Services Administrator ‘all Rounder’

Job Overview:
No two days are ever the same, and as we are a small team you will be expected to get involved in all aspects of our business.
You’ll be confident, energetic, and the type of person who sees what needs doing and gets the job done - whether it’s showing a visitor around the storage facility, checking a self-drive hire van back in from hire, setting up a customer account, helping with admin support, or making sure a storage room is ready for the next customer.
Essential skills:
- Previous experience working in an office/admin role
- Excellent IT and administrative skills
- A positive, friendly, and approachable ‘can-do’ attitude
- Demonstrable people skills (a clear communicator able to identify and resolve issues)
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- A proven ability to perform in a fast-paced demanding environment
- A calm and professional manner when under pressure
- A full UK driving licence
**Around 18 hours per week**:
**4 x weekdays 4pm - 7pm, and Saturdays 9am - 3:00pm**
**Additional hours may be available.**
The rate of pay will be determined by the experience and skillset you can bring - for example; Health & Safety, bookkeeping, forklift licence, Xero accounting, van hire, removals, storage industry.
