Transport Administrator

wedelivercars.co.uk are one of the leading vehicle movement companies in the UK, we partner with some of the most exciting and famous brands in the Automotive industry. Our Vehicle Movement Operations team is responsible for the delivery of 30,000 vehicles per year.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Customer service to join the Transported Team.
**Duties include**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both drivers and customers
- Managing the transport Inbox
- Administrative management of our internal system
- Daily reporting/ Inputting data
- Excel / Spreadsheets
**Experience in a fast paced admin role is a must, as is attention to detail.**
- Previous experience in a Administration/ customer service role, preferably in a transport environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiar and comfortable with computers and using Excel
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
