Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader with great experience in leading a team to help us ensure the front line in life service team continue to provide an excellent customer experience.

**Here’s why you’ll love this role**
- Motivate and develop the team, drive performance to deliver against customers’ expectations and operational SLA’s
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the customer service function, ensuring priorities and workloads are managed
- Handle any customer escalations to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Be the voice of the customer and champion customer centric ways of working
- Provide performance reporting and represent customers and the team to senior stakeholders

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.

We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days of a year - 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off
