**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to customers and handling of enquiries.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain clear and concise communication regarding ticket status.
- _Assist with various paperwork tasks, including manual documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork.
- Covering the reception desk for lunch times or holidays
- Handling face to face enquiries from visitors.
- _Add and/or remove machines from our data collection system.
- Communicate with our in-house teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Conduct supplies checks for customers in accordance with our internal system data.
- Address customer inquiries related to toner usage and replacements.
- Monitoring our internal ticketing system.
- Logging and managing customer tickets in our main ERP system.
- Processing warranty parts.
- Process customer supply orders.
- Carry out internal spot checks on parts and supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of office systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to listen and duplicate instructions with excellent attention to detail.
