In this role, you will support the team by providing a quality service to their customers who are Mcdonald's, Whitbread, Youngs, Marston’s and many more
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administration tasks associated with customer KPI achievement.
- Planning and Booking in planned maintenance visits with Customer sites.
- Processing and sending documents to customers following planned visits to sites.
- Booking Accommodation for engineers.
- Customer portal administrative tasks such as updating Calls with ETA’S, closing completed calls etc.
- Updating calls logged within our bespoke system with ETA’S on back-order parts.
- Taking customer telephone calls and processing them correctly to ensure the customer achieves the best outcome and great customer service.
- Supporting the Accounts department to resolve invoicing queries.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and electronically.
- Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft packages, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Good standard of education and basic qualifications (ie. English)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £13,312.00 per year
