Apprentice Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Reception and switchboard duties
- Set up for meetings in the Board Room appropriately
- Collate and send out Weekly Meeting Minutes
- Arranging appointments for service vehicles
- Stationary stock check and place stationary orders as and when needed
- Replenish the Reception area often including cups, glasses and refreshments
- Order refreshments
- Post prepared and franked
- Ensure the Reception area looks immaculate.
- Prepare stationary requests
- Filing/photocopying/admin
- Ensure the Board Room is tidy at all times
- Assist Office Administrator when needed

- Confident at using all aspects of Microsoft office including MS Word and Outlook
- Team player, supportive of colleagues
- Positive attitude and approachable
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure ensuring good time management
- Can adapt quickly to different situations
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Build good relationships with all departments
- Listens and follows instructions
- Professional and well presented
