We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

**Essential Requirements for the role**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Experience of handling confidential information

Experience of posting company social media platforms and WordPress would be advantageous as this may needed from time to time.

**Duties**:

- Raising invoicing/purchase orders
- Maintain accurate HR records such as holiday requests
- Assistance with Payroll
- Preparation, drafting and formatting office documents
- Taking telephone calls and directing them to necessary personnel
- Processing and checking expense claims
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director as and when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
