Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
**Job Spec**
- Cover the reception, answering the telephone and dealing with clients
- Assisting with photocopying
- Dealing with the post, including opening, distributing, and franking outgoing mail
- Opening case files
- Assisting with the archiving of files
- Occasionally assisting with client queries and requests.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
The above list is in no way exhaustive and the Apprentice would have the ability to take on more responsibilities as they gain more and experience and skills in the workplace.
