Overview:
Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Service Administrator, to join our team to assist with Customer Service and General admin duties.

**The Role**
- Be first point of call for all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records on CRM and account management systems.
- Process customer orders and liaise with customers regarding installs etc.
- Liaise with Partners regarding installs and customer information.
- Checking customer billing is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales and support, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further attention or resolution.
- Any other tasks to support daily business needs.

**About You**
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge or CRM’s and management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to understand technology and have a willingness to learn.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Industry knowledge preferable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00 per year
