Are you an Administrator looking for a new role and interested in working in the financial services industry.

This is a full time role working 35 hours per week with the option to work from home 3 days per week once you have completed your training.

As Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Support Team and BDM/Intermediary and key account relationships.

Key Duties include:

- Processing the Intermediary & Commissions mailbox requests
- To undertake ad hoc work when necessary
- Ownership of all Intermediary function system testing
- Distribution of reports as per agreed instructions

Key Accountabilities:
**Team Skills**

Supporting colleagues in order to achieve business targets.

**Time Management**

Plan and prioritise work to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.

**Customer Service**

Provide excellent customer service to all customers and intermediaries both internal and external. Be proactive in identifying areas/processes where internal processes could be improved.

**Communication**

Communicate openly with peers and line management, sharing best practice wherever possible. Liaising with Customer and Third Parties.

**Regulations**

Ensure FCA and internal regulations and are adhered to at all times

**Relationship Management**

Develop good working relationships with Claims Team, Intermediaries, Insurers and National Friendly Functions to ensure all work items are processed effectively and efficiently.

**Data Entry**

Be able to accurately update records on a variety of CRM systems
