Today’s Company Secretaries (Corporate Secretaries) are under mounting pressure to deal with increasing corporate compliance, governance and reporting requirements, and as a result they are looking for partners who can provide a full suite of governance and company secretarial services.

We have established a global team of company secretarial and corporate governance specialists who will provide Computershare clients with a broad range of governance advisory and managed services to expand on and complement our existing Computershare Governance Services (CGS) technology solutions.

This role will support the UK Governance Services team by undertaking a variety of administration duties to support growth of the Governance Service business and client service activities performed by the team.

As the Business Support Administrator, you will provide vital business support to the global managed services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team, and take ownership over operational administration by direction of the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the team, including billing administration and following up with vendors. You will be an important member of the team, supporting with projects, document management, and general administration.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Billing administration including collating invoice details/amounts and accruals monthly;
- Administration of the vendor invoicing process
- Pulling detailed monthly reports to support management.
- Supporting with internal transformation projects
- Providing administration support for our recruitment processes;
- Assisting with the onboarding and induction of new starters; and
- Helping to organise team meetings or social events.
- Providing data management and general administration support to include:

- On-boarding of new clients and conducting Know Your Client (KYC) checks
- Data entry using a variety of different platforms;
- Collating and submitting expenses generated from business activities;
- Social media/marketing/events support; and Diary management and assisting with travel arrangements.

**What will you bring to the role?**

To be successful within this role, you will be an experienced business support administrator, ideally with experience of billing and transactional finance procedures (Invoicing etc)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a business administration or business operations support role with knowledge of billing and finance procedures.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- High attention to detail and track record of producing high quality work.
- Resilient and composed under pressure.
- Organised, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work and work of others.
- Strong written English, numeric, analytical and comprehension skills.
- IT skills including experience of document management and data entry using a variety of technology systems. Experience of using Thompson Reuters Legal Tracker and some experience of conducting KYC checks would be advantageous but not essential.
