Personal Assistant to CEO

**Main job responsibilities**
Responsible for tackling special projects and addressing spontaneous tasks, adapting swiftly to the evolving requirements of the position.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to underpin a vital role in the business.
Manage an extensive and ever-changing diary, schedule meetings, and handle expense
management.
Oversee business and corporate administration, including liaison with external suppliers.
Carry out a full range of administrative duties.
Oversee marketing operations across all company branches, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine marketing strategies that enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
Assist in the organization and management of marketing teams, fostering a collaborative
environment and enhancing team productivity.
Provide expert guidance on campaign execution, budget allocation, and resource management to optimize marketing efforts and achieve corporate objectives.
Scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
Researches, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Appropriate to the image of the company, a professional image must be reflected and worn at all times within the organization and towards the clients
Discretion and trustworthiness
Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills
Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Good organizational attitude and ability to remind/follow up on all open matters.
Good communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Flexibility
Enjoy working in a team environment / Happy to undertake lone working
Self-motivated
Must be able to cope with the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the job
Committed to the vision and values of the company
Pay: £12.32-£13.29 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
