Tampopo is a small restaurant group with plans for growth. We currently operate 3 restaurants and 1 kiosk in Manchester and two restaurants in central London.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant support the CEO. Work will be based from a mix of Mcr city centre office, the restaurants and some home working. Core working patterns of 4 days equivalent can be agreed to suit (e.g. over 5 days), but some flexibilty required.

Your responsibilities as an Executive Assistant will include:

- Project based work on researching areas including HR, tech developments, marketing, and social media.
- Central relationship with suppliers ensuring smooth supply of food, drink and materials to the business
- Practical project-based work to include but not limited to, co-ordinating small building projects, liaising with contractors, providing project support on new site openings on both set up and operational delivery.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, often on behalf of the senior management.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Supporting accounts with payments to suppliers where relevant.
- Ensure and provide professional, friendly guest service experiences
- Work closely with the Ops Manager to provide support and assist with any operational matters
- Provide flexibility of working hours where necessary

Requirements for the Executive Assistant role:

- Proven working experience in Hospitality, ideally in management. Previous experience as a PA / EA would be highly considered
- Organizational and planning skills
- Decision-making ability
- Confidentiality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Well spoken and written English
- Very familiar with use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with getting familiar with most digital tech
- Loves hospitality and restaurants

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
