**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement & Inventory Management Administrator working on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Operation Manager. Tasks include the following:

- Efficient management of raising and issuing purchase orders.
- Order confirmation verification.
- Obtaining quotes and arranging shipments.
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers & subcontractors.
- Organise and maintain ERP system to track and monitor purchasing data.
- Collect and compile data related to purchasing activities, including supplier information, pricing, inventory levels, and purchasing trends.
- A phased approach to the implementation of a bin stock system.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Proactively monitor and adjust re-order and preferred stock levels through a weighted average system.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in purchasing and inventory management (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with ERP Systems: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems can be an advantage.
- Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Understanding of basic accounting principles related to inventory valuation and cost management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
