**About the Company**
HireIQ Finance are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a construction company based in Magherafelt. Our client has an impressive portfolio of clients and are hoping to find a strong Accounts Administrator to join their team.
**About the Job**
- Sales Ledger duties including invoicing and management of delivery dockets
- Provide administration support to the Credit Control team as and when required
- Daily posting and allocating of payments received
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies including Health & Safety
- Credit control
- Customer account queries, including resolving problems in relation to invoice payments
**Your skills & experience**
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
- Data input experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy are required for this position.
**Desirable**
- Strong Sage 50 Accounts experience.
- Experience of working in a busy office
- Excellent teamworking environment
- Permanent Contract
