HR Coordinator

365 People are recruiting on behalf of their client in Leicester. Due to company expansion, they are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing administration for the directors and management
- Liaise with appointed employment law consultants on personnel related issues and procedures and produce the appropriate documentation.
- Listen to the needs and expectations of all employees and, if appropriate, liaise with management to assist in the resolving of disputes
- Attend disciplinary, grievance and performance meetings to act as minute taker
- Ensure the HR Department codes of practise are followed and within the agreed time scales
- Issue Employee Handbook, Principle statement and new starter forms for each new employee. Plus, carrying out induction procedure.
- Ensure all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are adhered to, and kept up to date
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records for all employees
- To monitor and maintain accurate sickness and absence records
- Check accuracy of monthly timesheets and forward to payroll office
- Maintain and update HR systems
- Maintain temporary personnel, employee work files and company accident book
**Skills and requirements**:
- Previous experience within a HR Role
- Computer literate with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be highly organised
- Positive attitude and excellent people skills
- Excellent attention to details
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
**Salary**: £13.73 per hour

- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
