Macildowie HR have the exciting opportunity working with a well-established dealership based within Leicester to recruit for a HR Coordinator
**The Role**
Within this role you will be carrying out administrative tasks to support the HR and the HR Analytic team and even having the opportunity to get involved with some HR projects This role is perfect for someone with a HR Administration background who is awhizz on excel
**The Responsibilities**
- To provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the HR team based at Penman Way completing day to day administrative tasks which contribute to the overall success of the team
- To compile offer packs for new colleagues including contracts of employment and offer letters.
- Support with exit interview feedback and analysis
- To complete on an ongoing basis a comprehensive checking of references for all new colleagues.
- To ensure security and confidentiality is maintained within all areas of the HR function
- Make recommendations for how to improve or increase the efficiency within HR or recruitment systems or processes
- To support the HR analyst in the provision of monthly and adhoc HR reports using various in-house systems, Business objects and Excel
- To support the HR analyst in the extraction and manipulate data from various 3rd party systems such as Driving licences to provide meaningful business updates.
This is not a full scope of all the responsibilities, so lots to keep you busy
- Experience within a HR Administration role
- Good Excel skills
- Strong IT skills with attention to details and accuracy
- An eagerness to learn
