Rikama Education Limited are working with an SEN School in Maidstone who are looking for Child Support Workers who are caring individuals to support students in a residential setting on the school grounds. As a Residential Support Worker you will help the school to create a caring, supportive and safe atmosphere for the students where they can enjoy learning and social activities. You will work with within a team environment and will have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career.

Skills Required for Residential Support Workers
- First-class communication skills are essential in the role, along with sensitivity, integrity and adaptability.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment practice and the ability to respond effectively to differing demands when required.
- Desired is experience of working with children and young adults with diverse SEN Conditions and medical needs including potentially physical needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
