We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Support Worker to join our esteemed team at a forward-thinking school in Gillingham. As part of our dynamic group, you will inspire and support the growth of students with additional needs.

In this fulfilling role, you will:

  1. Provide personalized support to pupils facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  2. Have access to a car and a valid driving license.
  3. Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Enhanced DBS certificate.
  4. Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young people from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £85-£110 per day and enjoy free parking at the school. We offer a commitment to providing exceptional support to both candidates and client schools. Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring they pay the right level of tax and national insurance.
