Do you believe that children who have been hurt in relationships, can heal in relationships, within an environment that is wholly focused on facilitating children's growth and recovery?
Can you work in a team who feel valued and empowered to keep taking the risk of offering love, care, consistent presence and boundaries, to a traumatised child to change the child's world?
We provide a specialist therapeutic home environment for children who have experienced profound developmental trauma.
You will need to share our ethos and be committed to integrating a trauma informed approach, working closely with psychologists and therapists in all aspects of a child's care.
You need to have a full UK driver's licence.
