Kent County Council's Adoption Support Service is looking for a dedicated Therapeutic Services Manager to lead our team of therapists in providing high-quality support to children and their families. If you have a passion for delivering trauma-informed adoption services and have experience working with children who have experienced developmental trauma, we would like to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of therapeutic interventions, including parent work, family work, individual work, groups, and consultation. You will also support the professional development and growth of our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide effective support to our clients.

We take a child-centred approach, believing each family is unique, and offer a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet their needs. Our service is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all children across the region, working closely with the London Borough of Bexley, Kent County Council, and Medway Council.

Salary: £43,810 - £49,989 per annum, with an annual £2,000 car market premium and a one-off £2000 'Golden Hello'.
