**About the Role**
Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust has an exciting opportunity for a professionally registered experienced Psychotherapist/Clinical Psychologist/Counselling Psychologist to join our Therapeutic Community team. The successful candidate will work with adults with complex emotional difficulties, providing specialist treatment and support.
We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers brilliant care through brilliant people.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within therapeutic communities, preferably with lived experience or knowledge of trauma-focused therapy group models. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise on referrals and offer supervision and case consultations.
- Deliver small group psychotherapy in the TC and attend community meetings.
