Psychotherapy Opportunity

Annual Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone. As a psychotherapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support individuals with complex mental health needs.

About the Role

This role involves working as a team Psychologist within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), carrying out psychological assessments, providing therapy to individuals and groups, collaborating on care plans, and contributing to the service's development. You will also provide training and supervision to colleagues, consultation to teams, and disseminate outcomes via conference presentations and publications.

Requirements
  • A HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist with experience in a Clinical, forensic or mental health setting
  • Experience in rehab in-patient settings
  • Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical and DBT
