About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multidisciplinary Mental Health Care Professional to join our dynamic team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care. They will be responsible for working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate care effectiveness
- Promote patient safety and well-being through safe practice and risk management
Requirements
- RMN or RNLD qualification
- Experience in mental health settings and/or working with people with mental health conditions
- Basic knowledge of legislative frameworks and policies relating to care (e.g., Mental Capacity Act)
- Knowledge and understanding of the NMC Code of Conduct
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Benefits
- A competitive salary: £38,480 - £42,640 per annum
- Annual leave: 27 days for full-time employees, increasing to 33 days after 10 years of service
