Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a compassionate and caring Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their client's Adult Community Mental Health Team in Maidstone, Kent.
Salary Details:The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £45,720 - £60,595 per annum, which is equivalent to £22.11 - £29.15 per hour.
About the Role:The Community Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adults with mental health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC registration as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
- Relevant post-qualification experience in adult mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of mental health legislation and policies
