Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our dynamic team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services for adults with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients with psychosis and other mental health conditions.
In addition, you will participate in staff development and supervision, contribute to service evaluation and development, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified clinical/counselling psychologist or psychotherapist with experience of working in adult mental health services.
You should have expertise in CBT interventions, including Third Wave, CAT, and EMDR, and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Working Arrangements
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
You will be based at our Swale site but may be required to travel to other locations within the trust area.
Salary
The salary for this role is approximately £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
