About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a specialist service provider, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the individuals we support.

The successful candidate will hold responsibility within our specialist services, working systemically within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and collaborating closely with clinicians and the School Leadership Team (SLT) in the context of an educational setting.

The role will focus on EHCP targets and be informed by MDT consultations, emerging patterns, needs, and themes as well as observation and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Progress the OT specific therapeutic services where the needs of individuals vary in levels of functioning.
  2. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  3. Develop and implement systemic and formulation-based approaches to care and education.
