This exciting opportunity involves working in our A-rated Stroke Team, where you will be involved in the leadership of our developing community outreach services, including the 'Early Supported Discharge' team. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including stroke-specific carers, physios, and SLTs, to provide intensive rehabilitation to patients in their own homes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a flexible approach, be resourceful and enthusiastic in demonstrating the impact and added value that occupational therapy brings to the acute stroke pathway. Excellent time management, resilience, and prioritization skills are essential for delivering an efficient and effective service.
