We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team providing care to individuals at ultra-high risk of psychosis.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with psychologists and CBT therapists to provide interventions for co-existing difficulties and support our service users in achieving their goals.
Our team operates within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, providing mental health, learning disability, and specialist services to a diverse population.
The successful candidate will possess significant experience working with service users with mental health problems, as well as knowledge of a range of interventions appropriate to the needs of individuals with At-Risk Mental States.

As a valued member of our team, you will be equipped with the necessary training and tools to undertake clinical assessments and provide high-quality care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities
- Assessment and formulation for individuals at ultra-high risk of psychosis
- Delivery of psychosocial interventions in a collaborative team setting
- Development of personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- Qualified and registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
- Significant experience working with service users with mental health problems
- Knowledge of a range of interventions appropriate to the needs of individuals with At-Risk Mental States
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
