School-Based Therapist

We are looking for a skilled School-Based Therapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a qualified EMHP, you will be responsible for delivering targeted interventions and supporting schools in developing a Whole School Approach (WSA) to emotional wellbeing and mental health.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education system within the United Kingdom and experience in delivering specific therapeutic interventions to children, young people, or their families. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct mental health assessments and risk assessments.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive induction training, and opportunities for career development.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of the service and support the implementation of the MHSTs' core components.
