Service Manager Leader

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Quality Expert to join CV-Library. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a real difference in people's lives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure that we provide safe, high-quality services to our service users. You will support the development and management of staff, ensuring they have the skills, experience, and behaviours needed to deliver exceptional care.
You will also assist in monitoring and managing service budgets, ensuring accurate financial records are kept. As a practice leader, you will model Person-Centred Active Support approaches and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) approaches to staff and others.

Responsibilities- Work in partnership with the Registered Manager and other key stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality services for service users.
- Support the development and management of staff to provide them with the necessary skills, experience, and behaviours for delivering safe, high-quality services.
- Assist in monitoring and managing service budgets to ensure accurate financial records are kept.
- Act as a practice leader, modelling Person-Centred Active Support approaches and PBS approaches to staff and others.
- Participate in the On-Call Rota.
- Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders of people supported.
- Experience of supporting people whose behaviour is challenging, with PBS qualification desirable.
- Full UK manual driving licence highly desirable due to the location.
