**About the role**:
We are seeking a full time mental health support worker to provide care and support across 2 services in Maidstone. Both services are situation on the same street therefore no extra travel is required.
The first service has nine tenants, all living within their own flats. The second service has 11 individual flats.

As a mental health support worker, you will be required to offer appropriate physical and emotional support and advice to encourage independence and self-esteem. This will be both within the service and in the local community. You will also liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals. You will be working within a well-established and experienced team.

**Hours**:
Full time hours available. The services are a 24-hour service across a 7-day working pattern.

7:00am-15:00pm

13:00-10:00pm

9:00am-21:00pm.

**Location**:
Maidstone (ME16) both services are located close to Maidstone town and hospital. With free parking onsite and close links to bus services and train services.

**About you**:
Ideally, but not essential, you will have experience of working in a mental health setting. You will be provided with a paid full induction and ongoing training throughout your employment with Choice Support.

You must be enthusiastic, empathetic, reliable, resilient, and willing to support adults with diagnosed mental health and a forensic history.

Pay: £11.64-£11.93 per hour
